USDT transactions depend on third-party blockchain networks and wallet infrastructure. Transactions may be irreversible. Sending assets to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network can result in permanent loss. Network congestion, fees, smart-contract issues, depegging, protocol changes and service interruptions may affect value or access.
Liquidity and withdrawal risk
Withdrawals may be subject to verification, available liquidity, processing windows, fees, security review and applicable compliance checks. An allocation may be locked for a stated duration. Immediate withdrawal should never be assumed.
Operational and technology risk
